Once I book the tour can I cancel it?
Yes, you always can and if you send a written cancellation a one week prior of the beginning of the service there will be no cancellation charge. If the written cancellation is presented less then seven days prior of the beginning of the service or client "no show" there will be a charge of the whole price of the services.

When I should book a guided visit?
It is always recommended to book as first as possible to guarantee the guide availability. Bookings and reservations are accepted up to 30hourse before the beginning of the service, but for the last 72hourse are considered "last minute" and are subject to availability at the time of a request.
Do you need a piece of personal information for a guided visit?
To provide the tour requested by you, we need some your personal information like your name, email address, phone number, credit card details, accommodation place, and address and maybe other personally identifying information; without these your information we could not proceed with the reservation and any service of booking.
What about the sightseeing if it is rainy?
The excursions & tours run rain or shine. Only if the ferry connecting islands is out of operation the sightseeing tour will be substituted with an alternative one on the mainland. Most of the museums are independent of the weather for the visit.
Is it possible for the tours to be in another language?
The guiding could be provided in different languages as in our team are spoken: Español, Français, Português, 日本語,

Is it possible to have from the airport/ train station private transfer too?
The private transfers should be asked at the moment of booking and will be reconfirmed together with the guided visit, but with an additional cost.
